ABOUT JOE
Joe Stevenson's love of music may have something to do with sharing his hometown of Augusta, Georgia with Mr. James Brown. After touring for over a decade and releasing 7 albums with 90’s pop-rock band, People Who Must, Stevenson found himself more drawn to songwriting than fronting a group. Since then, his song "Possibilities" has been recorded by Grammy winning artist, Darius Rucker and featured in a St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital campaign. He also has tracks cut by long-time Madonna singer Niki Haris among others. Stevenson still calls Augusta home but spends time on the road performing and writing, finally feeling as though he's found a balance in the singer-songwriter relationship.
